Wild Faaji Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending Wild Faaji events, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

GENERAL

  • All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of Wild Faaji.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any disruptive individual.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk. Wild Faaji is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

  • Illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

TICKETS

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

  • Tickets must be purchased only from official sales platforms or authorised partners.

  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Attendees must comply with all safety instructions and protocols during the event.

  • Wild Faaji will follow all public health regulations in place at the time of the event.

  • First aid services will be available on-site.

  • By attending, you agree to act responsibly in the interest of your safety and the safety of others.

BEHAVIOUR & CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Wild Faaji is a safe space for all people.

  • Discrimination, harassment, violence, or any form of hate speech will not be tolerated.

  • Attendees must treat fellow guests, staff, and performers with respect.

  • Anyone engaging in unsafe, aggressive, or illegal behaviour will be removed from the event without refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA

  • By entering the event, you grant Wild Faaji permission to capture and use your image and likeness in promotional material, including photos and videos, in perpetuity and across all media formats.

  • Personal photography and filming for social sharing is allowed.

  • Professional recording equipment is not permitted without written permission from event organisers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Wild Faaji name, logo, and branding are protected under intellectual property laws.

  • Use of Wild Faaji branding for commercial purposes without prior consent is prohibited.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & FORCE MAJEURE

  • Wild Faaji reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter event details due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of cancellation, refunds may be provided in accordance with our refund policy and subject to management discretion.

  • Wild Faaji is not liable for any changes or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
